7-Day Replacement Policy
At Consistent Derma, we are committed to delivering products in the best condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, we offer a 7-day replacement from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Replacement
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong product
- You received a damaged product
- The product was leaked or opened during transit
- The item is defective or unusable upon delivery
Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos / videos of the product and packaging must be shared
- The order ID must be provided for verification
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Product has been used or consumed
- Request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Minor packaging damage not affecting product usability
- Change of mind / dislike of product / personal preference
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Clear photos / videos of the product
- Unboxing video (if available)

Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement will be processed
- Pickup may be arranged where applicable
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, self-shipping may be requested
- The replacement will be shipped after verification
Important Note
We do not offer returns for used skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is a genuine issue with the product delivered, we will be happy to assist with a replacement.
